Proof of purchase is essential to lodge any claim. All returns & refunds enquiries will be dealt as per our policy below:
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for incorrect choices or a change of mind due to hygiene reasons, so please choose carefully before your purchase of any item from our online store. We have provided size guides and detailed descriptions on this website to help our customers to find the right product/size for them.
- We are committed to make sure to send you the right and good products as per your order, but If in an unlikely event, your product is faulty or is different to the product you had ordered, we will assist you to fix the problem. This may include a refund or replacement, depending on the nature of the fault. Please contact us at info@sanzaustralia.com.au within 30-Days from the date of purchase.
- Once we are satisfied with your claim, we will provide you a prepaid return label with its instructions through email. Simply pack the item/s as received, stick the label on it and send to us.
- Your refund/exchange request will only be processed once we physically receive the item/s sent for final assessment.
- All returned item/s must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Original payment method will be used to process any refund.
- This Return & Refund policy does not apply to change of mind, any item/s which have been used, tampered with packaging and damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the item/s.
