We offer Australia-wide shipping through Australia Post or a courier service, depending upon your order and street address (not PO Box). Our Shipping & Handling policy is as follows;

  • We offer the following shipping rates for all national orders;
    • Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide for orders $100 & over (2–7 business days)
    • $12.99 Flat Rate Standard Shipping Australia-wide for orders under $100 (2–7 business days)
    • $17.99 Flat Rate Express Shipping Australia-wide on all orders (1–3 business days)
  • We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of receiving clear funds into our bank account.
  • Delivery time estimates are given by courier companies. Please note that these time frames after dispatch cannot be guaranteed by SANZ Australia, as deliveries are made by third parties.
  • We always make efforts to dispatch your order as quickly and accurately as possible as per your shipping details. It is your responsibility to make sure correctness of the shipping details. We may not be able to make any change in that.
  • Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number to track your order until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Once your order has been dispatched to your nominated address, that will become your liability. SANZ Australia does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to your parcel. Rest assured, our delivery partners are committed to providing you with safe and secure delivery.
  • In an unlikely event, if your order is not delivered because of the incorrect shipping address. In such a case, your order may be returned to us, and you will be charged for all associated costs to re-ship the parcel. If we are not able to have your correct shipping address and associated re-shipping fee within 14 days from the day your order was returned to us, your order may be canceled.
  • For safe and secure delivery, our delivery partners may not have the authority to leave your parcel unattended at your doorstep. If no one is present at your premises to receive the parcel, they may take it to your local post office, where you can collect your parcel yourself.
  • In an unlikely event, if your received parcel is missing an item/s, please contact us at info@sanzaustralia.com.au within 3 days of receiving your parcel. SANZ Australia reserves all rights anytime to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item because of its low or nil stock. In such cases, customers may be eligible for a refund.
